Art consultation

Since 2012, I have specialized in making coastal artwork that feels classic and timeless with a relaxed, casual sentiment, like you have just spent the day at the beach or passed through your favorite garden.  

I pair my artwork with a real wood frame that I make myself, finished in different ways to compliment the artwork. It can be very rustic and casual or a smaller profile to make it feel more modern. My textured pieces along with the wood frame are meant to make you feel as though you just picked it up right from the seashore or your favorite dock or your favorite coast! 

Over the past 13 years, I have discovered that I do not like to be confined to one subject matter or color palette, in fact my greatest asset in the art community is being extremely prolific and having a wide variety of pieces that flow well together to create an entire vibe in your space. I absolutely LOVE to create collections using specific colors and subjects and have had several of my collectors purchase several paintings over the years because they all look so wonderful together. 

It is a mission of mine to help people figure out why they aren't enjoying their home like they should, what colors, tones and saturations they are drawn to and how to make changes that get them to exactly where they want to be! Usually, when people feel "off" about their home, there are just some simple changes that can be made! 

Artwork is the largest investment you make into the decor of your home; you take it with you wherever you go, you pass it down throughout generations and it's something that is considered an appreciating asset if you purchase artwork from a professional artist. 

 

I especially love helping first time, original art buyers dip their toes into having an original piece of art with all the love and energy that goes into it! There is a stigma attached to original art sometimes that it is inaccessible or out of reach and I have enjoyed helping thousands of people bridge that gap.

I also love helping couples AGREE on the artwork that goes into the home. 

Because of my passion of creating the home you love and also making the artwork, I have developed a few ways for you to work intimately with me above and beyond just purchasing my art online or from my gallery. I have noticed that after several conversations regarding my client's homes, people seem to leave my studio with more clarity and vision and feel inspired like never before! I love to explore why we are drawn to certain colors or tones, and how that relates to the things you have around you in your home. It is such a pleasure for me to create artwork that leaves you feeling positive emotions, a sense of calm and peace in the place where you spend a lot of your precious time. 

If you have browsed my artwork online or been into my gallery and would like to work with me further, here are the options for you. Of course, I am always open for retail hours every Saturday from 11-5, and you may come in and stay as long as you want, look through all my art and even just take it out of my gallery if you purchase a piece of art that is ready to go!  There is no charge for this. If I am in my studio and you stop by, there is no charge. 

I do however ask for a commitment and investment upfront for our time together, to cover my time consulting with you about your personal space. I have created options for you if this fits your needs. I really value our time and want to be able to devote all of my attention to you and your needs. I have a small studio, and it can get very busy and crowded and a bit overwhelming, making an appt with me guarantees my full attention and you get to have my space all to yourself!
