CREATIVE WEEKEND
The number one question I get from people who come into my shop or see me online aside from " who makes your frames" is.... " do you teach art classes?"
I am often met with a wide eyed look and confusion when I say that I myself have never even had one. Its a hard concept for people to understand in the works based world system we live in. Its hard for people to understand that you can learn directly from the spirit of God and draw from him in every area of life.
The creative weekend is not an art class.
Its a place of hope and faith. Its a place where we can establish what you already have and who you already are because of Jesus
The creative weekend is a space for you to hear what God is saying to you through his word and his spirit and it's a starting point for you to understand how to eat from the right tree.
Too many times in our lives we are trying to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil and it leads to death. Trying to be " good" at art might seem wise but it leads to a never ending cycle of never actually reaching any destination.
The destination that God wants for his kids is settled. Its Jesus. Its already a place in him where everything you touch is already blessed, you already have his joy and his peace and you have a teacher and a comforter every second of the day to help with spiritual issues and also day to day life .
In exodus, the spirit of God was poured out onto certain people to help creatively fashion stones and wood for the temples. God literally gave supernatural power and wisdom to man to be creative. I have been using this promise for 11 years in my own painting life. I have learned more from just showing up and trusting God than any step by step worldly program. On this side of the cross, we are now filled with the holy spirit and we have access 24/7 !

Because of my art business, I have been able to not only help provide financially for my family, but I have been able to preach the gospel, see people come to the knowledge of God and be healed, blessed and set free by receiving eternal life and I have also been able to financially give and support other brothers and sisters in Christ in their ministries and callings!

If for some reason you have a life event that hinders you from coming to the weekend you may reschedule ONE time before 5/2025 . If there are world events that hinder the weekend in any way such as lock downs, plagues etc you will be given the option to reschedule for another weekend.
