All artwork comes framed with my simple wood frame stained with provincial stain. This wood is a more rustic, distressed , beachy feel. It has knots in the wood and has  a very casual feeling, the nails are exposed and it feels very coastal.

If purchased unframed, the sides of the painting are painted and you can hang it right on the wall. Some of my canvas are a smaller edge canvas 7/8 inch, and some are gallery wrapped thick edge. Either one can be installed in a frame that you purchase on your own or you have professionally done. I recommend Hobby Lobby for a frame that you want to customize! 

All original paintings are signed by Melissa Lyons on the back of the artwork only. There will be my signature, date, and title of the artwork. Remember, original artwork holds its value well and increases over time! 

Please note that there are many factors that can change the tones of the colors  or saturation of the artwork including : certain lighting , time of day , color of paint that you use for your walls etc. I do my absolute best to represent the true colors of the artwork but it is inevitable that the colors change throughout the day because of lighting !  I have a no return policy on artwork via my policies page so if you would like more information on the art such as additional photos or videos, please message me! all artwork is given a coat of high gloss varnish to protect and preserve it for a lifetime.
